Development and Configuration work ITSM: • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems if needed • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and Service Portals • Implementing and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules • Implement security and access control within ServiceNow • Provide technical documentation and user training as required • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow configurations For HRMS Case management: • Configuring HRSD Case Management, Employee Service Centre, and HR Knowledge Base • Creating and modifying HR case workflows, templates, and dashboards • Developing and configuring HR Service Catalog items and record producers • Developing APIs and web services to exchange data between ServiceNow and external systems • Able to setup the agents workspaces as well as the technical views • Implementing role-based access control (RBAC) to secure HR data • Configuring data security policies and encryption mechanisms In general: • Participate in Agile development sprints and daily stand-ups • Ensure compliance with best practices and governance policies • Provide root cause analysis on issues
