SAP BASIS Support Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and system support • Strong knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades • Experience with SAP transport management and change management processes • Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of SAP database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA) • Experience with backup and recovery procedures and disaster recovery planning • Understanding of SAP system copy, refresh, and landscape management • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools • Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and virtualization technologies • Experience with SAP kernel updates, support pack implementation, and patch management
